Beauty is divine

One of the ultimate values is beauty. it is among the value of truth, justice and goodness. At its core, beauty comes in 3 aspects : harmony, consistency and melody. Yet, it seems that the world does not even understand the concept of beauty reducing it to attractiveness and invented notion of sexuality. But Why? the answer is simple. The world does not know God, thus the world does not understand the  divine and ultimate values. Beauty is attractiveness to the world while followers of God should in no circumstance confuse sexual attraction or preconceived notion of attraction to beauty. Do not let the world define beauty for you. It must be noted that attractiveness is not opposite of beauty but it is in itself a vague term that could be used by anybody to describe their own lustful appeal and inconsistent notion of the word.

1 Peter 3:3-4

3 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, 
such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. 

4 Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of 
a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.
